At Hytec School of Cosmetology our curriculum is available as a day time program or a night time program. Each is operated on a clocked-in hourly basis. Depending on the program of choice and the hours required by the Cosmetology Board, your graduation date will vary.
The day time program is considered full time, with the ability to achieve 35 hours per week. This program will run Tuesday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
The night time program is considered part time with the ability to achieve 22 hours per week. This program will run Monday 10 am to 5 pm. and Tuesday to Friday 5 pm to 9 pm.
There will be no crossing over of programs in order to achieve extra hours or make up hours for absentees as these must be done at the end of your contract.
